I felt the ghost hand's hold.
In the morning,
when I fetched my coffee,
my hands turned to claws,
my wings ugly and grey, singed with smoke.
When you woke you stepped through the halo,
and your eyes gleamed.
How long have we lain?
And what beasts have we made?
I will fester and become more.
I have grown inside of you,
and soon my hands will be yours to command.
And soon my heart will redouble,
pumping both our blood.
I will walk through my days in silence.
My voice has already gone over.
To my back the thunder will roar, and I will bow,
my back flexed, my muscles moving.
Soon my body will lay supine, and the lightning will consume.
Tomorrow I will wake up.
Tomorrow I'll be you.

My Romantic Song Lyrics
The night as the moon shines down below,
if only you were there
the leaves blow in the air
a heart that loves like so
a pathway be, let it be
a pathway to your soul
And let me sing you a lullaby
sweet my dear in your dreams

A Feel of Deprivation
I am a human, unique and set apart,
I celebrate myself and sing myself,
And so, like everyone, I deserve my own respect.
But your disregard and contempt for my human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged me and others,
But I shall not be taken lightly,
I permit to speak at every hazard, you do not control me.
I am allowed to stage a rebellion against your tyranny and oppression.
What say you about my rights?
Stop this day and night and you shall possess the origin of all poems,
Read my poems and you will see what you’ve done.
I have the right to recognition everywhere,
Even you,
You won’t listen to

Let's Pretend
Oh, I know you've seen the shadows closing in,
I've lost so much, I can't remember, how it feels to win,
My heart's crawled, bleeding, to your door...
I need escape, 'cuz I can't take the suffering anymore.
So let's pretend tonight,
Pretend I'm worth your time,
Pretend your love's my light,
Pretend your heart is mine.
We know that it won't last,
It's just fantasy,
But let's just have a past,
So I can hold your memory.
I won't ask you for forever,
I know you can't stay long,
But let's pretend tonight,
And I'll pretend I'm strong.
I always knew the night would come,
But nothing prepared me for losing you,
I couldn't accept it, but you'r

very interesting read. only thing that bothered me was With the night gone, will you notice
the lack of light from my eyes?
seemed a bit simple and overdone, and not quite fitting with the rest of the poem (if this poem were made of colors, those two verses would be yellow, whereas the rest of the poem would be orange).
I like orange.
